Inside the garage, there is a staircase leading to a second-level loft that can be used as an office or storage space. Additionally, there is a half bathroom with a sink for convenience.
The wraparound porch leads to french doors that open into a combined great room, kitchen, and dining area. This area is equipped with desirable amenities such as a fireplace, Cathedral ceiling, kitchen island, walk-in pantry, and coffee bar. Bed 2 in the house has a walk-in closet and easy access to both a hall bath and the laundry room, which also has access to the garage. The master bedroom is located at the rear of the design and includes a 4-fixture bathroom with a linen closet and a walk-in closet.
