The Barndominium is designed with a farmhouse-inspired style. The right half of the building consists of a 2,520 square foot garage / workshop. The garage has an 18′ by 8′ overhead door on the left bay and matching RV-friendly 12′ by 14′ overhead doors on the right bay, both at the front and back. Inside the garage, there is a staircase that leads to a second-level loft. This loft can be used as an office or storage space, as well as space for mechanicals.
Entering the Barndominium through a pair of French doors from the 14′-deep covered wraparound porch, you will find yourself in a combined great room, kitchen, and dining area. This area is equipped with popular amenities such as a fireplace, cathedral ceiling, kitchen island, and coffee bar. Moving towards the back of the building, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom located at the back of the Barndominium has two walk-in closets. Across the hall, there is an oversized laundry room that also serves as a mudroom with access to the garage.
