The Farmhouse-inspired Barndominium has a spacious right half that includes a 2,600 square foot garage / workshop. The garage has an RV-friendly garage with doors at both the front and back. Inside the garage, there is a staircase that leads to a second-level loft, which can be used as an office or storage space. The loft also has mechanical space.
The main living area of the Barndominium is accessed through French doors from the 10′-deep wraparound porch. This area consists of a combined great room, kitchen with a 5′ by 8′ island, and a dining area. The great room features a fireplace and a cathedral ceiling.
There are three bedrooms in the Barndominium. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom and have walk-in closets. The master bedroom is located at the rear of the design and includes a 4-fixture bathroom with a linen closet. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet with direct laundry access.
The exterior of the Barndominium is finished with corrugated metal siding.
