It features front and rear overhead doors, with the right bay having 12′ by 14′ doors on both ends, allowing for convenient drive-through access for RVs.
Inside the garage, there is a staircase that leads to an upstairs bedroom suite. This suite includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with two vanities.
On the main level, the wraparound porch leads to french doors that open into a combined great room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a large island and a pantry. The dining area opens up to the great room, which features a fireplace.
The left side of the Barndominium is occupied by two spacious bedrooms, located across from a full bathroom and a laundry room with access to the garage.
The master bedroom is situated at the rear of the design and includes a 5-fixture bathroom with a linen closet and a walk-in closet.
The exterior of the Barndominium is finished with corrugated metal siding.

A larger version can be obtained with house plan 135196GRA, while a smaller version is available with house plan 135072GRA and 135199GRA. Additionally, there is a version that includes an apartment in addition to the main home, which can be obtained with house plan 135209GRA.
