Joseph’s passion for barndominiums began when he first discovered the concept in the early 2010s, where he was captivated by their unique blend of functionality, design, and sustainability.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas, where he honed his skills in business and leadership. Joseph started his journey in the construction industry as a civil engineer, gradually ascending the career ladder through various managerial roles.
Joseph is not just a CEO but also a thought leader in the field of barndominiums. His vision for the company is to become the go-to resource for anyone interested in building a barndominium, offering expert advice and guidance at every step of the journey.

Cindy Welsh – Manager
Cindy is our dedicated and dynamic manager, who oversees the day-to-day operations of our company. With over 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, Cindy has honed her skills in organizing, planning, and executing large scale barndominium projects.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Design from the University of Oregon. Cindy’s expertise lies in her ability to seamlessly integrate sustainability principles into the barndominium construction process.
Cindy’s journey in the construction industry began as a project coordinator, where she developed a deep understanding of the construction process from ground up. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects effectively has made her an invaluable asset to our team.
