ADU with RV Garage with Modern Aesthetic [Plan 777014MTL]

The ADU has a modern look with a simple exterior and contrasting colors. It has a single garage bay next to a pass-thru RV bay with front and rear overhead doors. The main level includes an entryway with a coat closet, a home office, a laundry room, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the living room connects to the kitchen, which has U-shaped cabinetry defining the space. The bedroom has two closets and pocket-door access to the full bathroom.
