The Country Barndominium is divided into two halves. One half consists of a 1,480 square foot garage, while the other half features a two-story home with a wraparound porch that is 9 feet deep. The kitchen is an eat-in style and includes an island, coffee bar, and access to a screened porch. The living spaces have minimal walls, creating an open-concept layout. The main-level master bedroom has sliding-door access to the porch, a 4-fixture bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, there is a loft that leads to bedrooms 2 and 3, as well as a home office. The garage has two overhead doors at the front and a barn door at the rear. It also includes a powder bath and utility sink.
