The Barndominium is designed with a farmhouse-inspired style. The right half of the building consists of a 2,548 square foot garage and workshop. It includes front and rear overhead doors, as well as a drive-through RV bay on the far right. Inside the garage, there is a staircase that leads to a second-level loft, which can be used as an office or storage space.
The main entrance to the Barndominium is through the wraparound porch, where french doors open into a combined great room, kitchen, and dining area. This area is equipped with popular amenities such as a fireplace, Cathedral ceiling, kitchen island, and coffee bar.
On the left side of the building, there are two spacious bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bath. Across the hall, there is an oversized laundry room that also serves as a mudroom with access to the garage.
The master bedroom is located at the rear of the design and includes a 4-fixture bathroom with a linen closet and a walk-in closet. Sliding doors provide access to the back porch.
The exterior finish of the Barndominium is specified to have corrugated metal siding.
